The Higher National Diploma (HND) in Dental Prosthetics is designed to provide students with a thorough understanding of the principles and practices involved in the design, construction, and fitting of dental prostheses. This program prepares students for essential roles in dental laboratories and clinical settings, focusing on the creation of dental appliances that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of patients' smiles. OBJECTIVES:

- Teach students the principles of designing and fabricating dental prostheses, using both traditional and digital methods, ensuring that students can create functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
- Familiarize students with patient assessment techniques, including taking impressions and conducting fittings, emphasizing the importance of patient communication and care throughout the prosthetic process.
